Disaster in customer management. It must be hard for Érd because there are weird people. But if someone, say, say hello, it’s hard to reciprocate. Or if they say they open at 7:30 a.m. you don't want to "swallow" a cross at the cashier so he's not open at 7:30 a.m. It's very growling and sometimes "jerks" to workers!
