Considering that the car started buying me little "disappointed" (because we look, we're sure we missed - which of course is NOT a trading error) I can not say one bad word. Indeed!
The young lady in the office and the young man were kind, polite and helpful. He was patiently answering even the most irrelevant question.
Having acquired the car, we left and jammed 1-2 question, the phone young people kindly politely and patiently answered.
