Spinning class is very good but the spinning room has no air, it's like a sauna during class and the changing room is not too clean.

I like training there. Especially before or after rush hours.

Nice, cozy place. I always feel good here. Correct prices. The floor space is small, but there are many machines and more rooms. Why I only gave it four stars is that it would be a little refurbishment for the machines and it would be nice to eliminate the odors in the ladies' dressing room.
