A monument to the victims of a meaningless and superfluous war for the nation. The monument itself and its surroundings were cared for and maintained. The composition of the monument really commemorates the fallen soldiers.

On Sunday, June 22, 1930, Budakeszin inaugurated a 178th heroic dead monument in honor of a festive ceremony. Following the worship in the Catholic Church, Ernő Gschwindt, a member of the Parliament, opened the ceremony in the main square of the settlement. The statue was demolished by Archbishop Joseph who spoke of the heroism of his 32nd and 1st Honorary Infantry Army soldiers during his war, under his command, and then placed his laurel wreath at the memorial. At the end of the inauguration, the exhilaration of Budapest had escaped to the Archduke.
