So far, kind and helpful staff have taken care of my affairs, given advice and provided practical help here in Budakeszi. Patiently, understandingly, benevolently and effectively. They get the maximum score! Today, an administrator and a security guard have almost managed to reset my opinion so far. Anyone who asks the customer gate for any help on Wednesday, don't do it, at the 7 windows the lady won't help ANYTHING that she can't or doesn't want to ... anyway, result ZERO. I message him that on this paper tax matters can also be handled by a customer gatekeeper to be added. I used to meet fast and prepared clerks here. The security guard, just that he had a co-worker who opened the door for the elderly, signaled to the visually impaired if their serial number came, said politely if the mask wasn't right ... and he didn't seem to have a muscle fever or no one rumbled. The maximum point, though, is that now that you can't travel very much, I actually thank you for pretending to have an official affair in Bulgaria or Morocco:)

The workers are fast, helpful, informative, I have never had to spend more than half an hour in this government window so far.

I usually come from here with a positive experience, but today I had to wait a lot and the lady sitting at the 3 windows had no customer for half an hour.
