I only heard on the phone how they treat the client. Very condescending. Perhaps the minimum respect should be given. This is an office. Or what?

It is a disgusting attitude to the client at the reception desk, as if we were for it. On Monday afternoon, two in the past do not provide a serial number, the other day you open 9-10 pm and upset him that much has been place at the time and we dared to sit down in their chair in the waiting room precious. The man at the counter refused to answer the simple yes / no questions, and when we went to the desk through the open door, he sent us out in the shrewd, jerky, despicable style, as if we were his subjects. I do not pay my taxes to communicate with me such a humiliating way, so take nothing and I felt Pardon me, I'm just a necessary evil to them. May I apologize for having to do this here? Not how it should work. However, when I got into line, sitting by the window lady was nice, everything went smoothly, but I'll give a minimum assessment about the lack of men in the reception desk of politeness.
