After ordering in June, the owner called that the order is expected to arrive in 2 weeks, please be patient. I thought the feedback was very fair, of course there was no problem with that. After a month and a half of waiting, I wrote an email to see if they had any information about the order. No reply was received. I called them by phone two weeks later, they managed to pick up the phone in about 15 minutes, they couldn't provide information about the status of the order. I wrote an email again in early September, again with no response. Phone again, zero information again, but promised a call back the next day, which did not happen. In the second week of October, I wrote another email, again no reply. Again, phone, again they could not provide information, despite the fact that the product is still available in their webshop to this day. Uncritical customer service, terrible customer "experience", I think I give up trying them. Note: since the subject of that order would have been a "niche" product and gift, imperfection is utterly inconvenient, since if I knew in advance that they were unable to procure it, I would have ordered it elsewhere long ago.

I wanted to buy 5 kg of chicken thighs but the seller said that only 3.3 kg is good then I ask, I bought a little more and I turned back to the meat counter and miracle happened chicken thighs !!! 😠Such workers are like Auchan! 🤑They don't have to give it back after that! 😭
