Completely inefficient customer service. In delivery always is missing some products. They promise you a coupon completely useless, as it can be used only for delivery at home. Information given incorrect, not 1, not 2 but 3 time in the same mail. I won't buy anymore neither a sweet in Tesco!

Very very low quality customers support, about delivery they always forget or miss some pieces. Never ever again... after 3 attempt I’m so disappointed.

You can quickly take your ordered grocery here. They're very quick, you don't have to wait (almost all the time I've been the only one to get the order).

Good afternoon ! I don't recommend them to anyone, 07/10/2020. I expected them to deliver more (more) orders. In which the old / flowing raw meat was packed with the sliced cheese. Which became bloody / smelly during transport. I reported this immediately to the telephone customer service where they were not very willing .... I’d rather write to them because they didn’t feel like doing something about it. I wrote and thought that after the failed delivery to the company, it would make up for it. I had too high an expectation of them, this Tesco is not what it used to be, it is close to eMAG / Extreme Digital anti-customer companies. Of course, in the case of big quarrels, the prices of the two products will be refunded (they can't promise when :() .... They refused to take minutes of my complaint and send me the audio material by post after 10 days. What I asked them to reimburse in the form of this coupon, including shipping costs, they refused. I also contacted the person of Péter Sebestyén, but so far he refused to answer. It is very negative that Tesco provides.

I ordered 14 items that should have been delivered between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. At 4:30 pm the courier had still not arrived, I called the customer service, told me to call the courier and call back. Of course they didn't call me back. I called them again, told me they hadn't reached the courier, but they would try again and call me back. They called back and told me that the courier would arrive in 30-45 minutes. The courier arrived in about 10 minutes, around 6, with a loose 2-hour delay, and said he could bring replacement products instead of 3. I was very upset so I didn't take anything. I will never order them online again. Why can't certain products be out of stock before shipping?
