The bank's negligence was further heightened in this branch today, with an insulting, personal remark during the administration instructing the employee here as he looked at the monitor to look at him — while writing and saying, he was not looking at me, and I was reading what was on the tablet display. . Amazing rudeness, I couldn’t imagine that it could exist, not only are they inaccurate, but they humiliate their customers .... not only is this account not worth a star, I was deeply disappointed in the bank as well. Update: on the one hand, the bank apologized in writing after I reported what happened, and because I was not informed about the data reconciliation and my card could not be used for days, I received a credit for acknowledging their mistake-thank you for your attitude-I expect this from at least one bank ... .change the rating to 3 stars from one ...

After waiting for more than an hour and a half, they were told in 30 seconds that they couldn't help me, go to a bigger account! I have to add that 3 out of 7 worked counters out of which 2 women were either talking to each other or counting money! The third chick was working on a machine that kept freezing! I do not recommend this account to anyone, or UniCredit itself!

I waited a quarter of an hour, nobody was in front of me, but they didn't call me ... nobody worked at any desk with any customer.
