Excellent car buying experience and speak excellent english as well and take care of all your paperwork. It would be great if they had additional services such as tyre and oil change for when you pick up the car.
It is below criticism. We looked out for 1 car, suzuki sx4 white, of which about 500 were. Of course, what we looked like is no key. Let's search by license plate ... (no car) We got a key to another, let's find it. After about 1 hour of freezing, crawling in the mud (we weren't made with rubber boots, hot tea), there was nowhere a person who could provide any useful information or drive around with the intention of selling a car and show you 500 of the same car you are looking for. We hope we don't have to beg elsewhere to buy a car ...
Lots of cars, unfortunately insufficient service. They know nothing about the car, they give you a key and you have to find the vehicle yourself at the huge site. I went to see a vehicle declared to be in excellent condition on a used car, the smoke from the bonnet fell after starting. It is not possible to test the car or only within the site which is not ideal for testing the vehicle.
There is no information about the cars. The staff is useless. You are zeros

They didn't drop all the way, they looked like absolute air. The car battery is depleted, zero information, zero service ... Are you sure you want to sell anything here? The most outrageous were Mr. Fancashal jaw cuts when we said we wanted to try .... What did you expect? How do I tow the car to a trailer after I put the money down? Seriously. I didn’t want a conflict, but I should have cut such jaws, for this “welcome,” and for the gentleman’s sitt parade sittes style. Of course, after riding, the wheel of the car did not turn ..... Thank you for the “opportunity”, I hope they treat all their dear customers and family in a similarly sophisticated way at home. ;)
