I would not recommend this store to anyone. Today we bought 2 disposable masks, the strap of which was torn immediately after leaving, it was of such poor quality that the glue was released on the first shot. I think it was the cheapest Chinese product, selling for 400 ft by the way. It’s not even the biggest problem, but when I went back to the seller lady to replace it, he told me it was the buyer’s problem, and he certainly wouldn’t replace it because it means a loss to him. Customer Service College 🤦🏻‍♀️Finally, when my husband asked for the complaint book, it was very difficult to avoid involving consumer protection, he cut us a replacement mask and said goodbye to “I hope it breaks too”. I can only congratulate you on this unqualified behavior.
