After we went into the office room, a helpful young man and a faded, burnt-out lady "took" us. My wife went with her papers to the open pit, and the woman threw her out to wait outside the counter. (I would like to point out that he did not enter the desk, but why is he open at the time of reception? There are many advertising bulletins on his desk, surely their viewing was one of his daily tasks ...) We got the young man for what we went, though it was a party hours. I do not understand previous reviews ...
