The Edvi-café Elijah is one of the most more special cafes where ever I went. It was not created in an ordinary place, not in an ordinary building, not for an ordinary purpose. Terény village - in the heart of Palóc land - was created in the garden of its Museum of Lace, transforming a former stall. You won't get the best coffee in the world here, but with a great deal of kindness and a taste of local syrups and jams, you can taste the taste of a corner of Palóc land. Do not miss it if you go out, there is charm!

The name of the cafe refers to a large attraction, which is somewhat exaggerated by the real facilities, but it does not detract from its value. The cafe is located in the yard of the Terenyi Lace Museum, where the village accommodation Fay-Inn is in operation, the owners, a nice local family, are the same. In addition to coffee, you can get local syrups and all sorts of own-produced delicacies, so do not come here for cough.
