This company was duly stolen. I received a gift certificate as a gift, there was no gift card in the envelope, just a receipt for payment, a receipt (with the gift card number) and a credit card payment statement. When I tried to redeem it was rejected that it is not possible without a gift card. I said in vain that I didn't get it. The tugboat went on for weeks. They found that there was nothing they could do about it, I lost my money. Of course I didn't let go of that. I turned to the Conciliation Board so that maybe some sort of deal with the company could be reached. Unfortunately, their legal representative said as long as there is no court order that they have to repay that amount, they will not pay anything. The Conciliation Board of the GYMS County District and Chamber of Industry has no legal competence, so no decision has been made in the case. It is outrageous that this company can do everything with impunity. I paid for a service (not a little) and I don't get anything in return ???? Where do we live in the Balkans ??? Their complaint handling and attitude towards customers is zero. I’m not going to buy anything here in a stinky life, and I’ll recommend this to all my acquaintances as well. Anyone who knows my story is basically avoiding business to avoid doing so. I considered it important to write this primarily so that other decent shoppers would be similarly dragged into a tube and scammed!

This company is a zero! Typical Scandinavians ... In my heart, I wouldn’t have rated the company for a single star. Their attitude towards customers is nothing, their handling of complaints as well. Their responsibility for their mistakes is beyond criticism, just pointing at each other and protecting the honor of the uniform. I don’t put my feet in here anymore, even though I wanted to spend money on them. Now we are there that I will beat the damage they have caused me in some way, I have not yet decided on consumer protection, the Office of Economic Competition, but I will turn to one of the bodies for help. So buy here ....
