I come here to each of my trips, the lady at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. For my pedicure, I had the 2 people present, every time it is a neat job, very well done, very good hygiene. A relaxing and calm place

Impossible! As some have previously described, prices are utopian and change like the weather. I had a 50 & increase of exactly the same performance (cutting hair ends with warm scissors) from € 33 to € 48 within 2 months in the same year. When I asked why, the unfriendly receptionist said that she didn't know me and apparently she wasn't there last time, but that's not true, they were exactly the same people in the "shop" including the boss, who I hated to have one Issued an invoice that did not clearly state what service I had. I was there for the second time on a Monday, when there is apparently little going on and the employees always make each other's hair - it was the same lately and it was again today. They also did not respond to my request for an appointment, and although they knew that I was in a hurry, I had to wait until the hairdresser had finished coloring the receptionist. NEVER AGAIN! Rip off and apparently not interested in customers. Boss also said to me, well then go somewhere else - I'll do it too! The prices are absolutely unusually high for Hungary.

I have been a regular customer for many years but this time I have had an extremely bad experience. I booked a beauty day and with this package the hairdresser is included as follows (washing, cutting). Dyeing you have to pay extra. I was charged EUR 40, - extra. After I have pointed out that in the Internet, a price of about EUR 56, - for washing, shaving and dyeing is stated, I was told, on the internet are only about prices and the colorant is calculated per gram. I do not visit this salon anymore.

Goods were years ago customers, now getting worse, unfriendly. Prices like the weather incomprehensible. Never be the store anymore We have similar complaints belongs to several customers.
