I was looking for a reducer for an old type of hair dryer. I contacted the company by phone. The lady in the office very kindly informed me that my machine is an old exhausted piece, but they have two reducers that you would be happy to send me. Within two business days, I received the package for which I didn't even charge for shipping. Such a positive attitude is rare. Thank you very much. Maximum 5 *
