Unfriendly stuff. Toilete machine gives rest in forint.

They shouted on my because I don't speak Hungarian

we have diesel powered on 20.12.19 and we payed with card. The cardmachine didn't work and the man tried one more time with another machine. 132 euros were extracted from the belt. Our BMW hasn't s tank car with 120 L. I wrote a complaint but no one was answered. So I expected more from omv. Shame on you!

My bill was 800ft. They pretended I couldn't pay with my card because the "machine was broken" but I saw someone five minutes later easily pay with theirs. I did not have ft yet as I had just arrived in Hungary but they said I could pay in Euros. Since I hadn't checked the conversion rate from ft to € I didn't know what 800ft in € was. They therefore asked for 5€ instead of the accurate 2,5€ and kept the money for themselves as I saw them not put the money in the cash register. This gave me a very bad first impression of Hungary. Really disappointing.
