Probably thr best stay in the city of Gyor. But their laundry service leaves strong scent on clothes.
I love the hotel itself, big parking, great service, great food and the fact that we could book even at 1am was a great help. The view from our room was the whole stadium!
The hotel is ok for a 4 star hotel. The reception on the other hand was awful. We arrived 30 minutes after 2 pm (at 2pm you can check into your room) and our room was still not ready. Asking the reception what we should do to pass the time until the room is ready resulted in a snappy answer like "you should wait". Which was neither polite nor customer orientated.
The rooms are big enough and clean.
The "wellness" area basically consists of 3 types of sauna and a fitness room.
