I took back 2 defective products, they were very helpful, they quickly found out they were replaceable, and then they helped me choose one instead.

Service was under criticism today. (I would not generalize). There were 4 vendors in shifts, so at least everyone was able to go smoking (this was also discussed while 7 of us were watching between TVs). After 20 minutes of waiting, "suggesting," a man finally asked if he could help. We pointed to the selected TV. Of course not in stock, we have brought the exhibition piece. At the checkout, they asked if we wanted an item for the remote control, we asked, and then we finally got it for the TV as well. Compared to Győr's Euronocs, there is a huge difference, both in terms of stock and service. We will go in here next time when we have to mus

It was awful in 3 days they couldn't give me a 2000 forint cable. Because last piece will go back then at this time because it is last piece. But if it's not for sale, why is it out? 🤔
