Disaster is the place, if on early Friday afternoon lurking customers (which I do not admire that a sane person does not put his foot down) even then the waiting time is intolerable, who works bored, phlegm - man is part of time travel as a client in the Office of Socialism you should be grateful if the Clerk (with a big Ü) calls you in front of your color.

Wait 3 hours to get their money back. One clerk went out into the asparagus 3x and the other ran his nose and laughed. Abomination. When I asked for an account manager I suddenly became an administrator who received me. Elsewhere it's max half an hour and they don't laugh at my picture.
