The lady who served me was fantastically kind to me. I arrived as a corporate client, and after it turned out I was a beginner, I also got an answer to a question I wouldn’t have even asked. The indicated opening hours do not reflect reality. We visited the bank branch on Saturday, it was closed.

Since the beginning of April, the account closes at 3 p.m. Why can't they update the website accordingly? It no longer runs on customer centricity and correct information.
