The car is just past 2 years old, 32eKm, light truck. You were under warranty inspection and mandatory service before the age of 2. The recall repairs were not done then !!!! I also returned it for recall repairs 2 weeks after the warranty expired. They promised 2 hours to repair, it became 7 hours! When I inquired in the early afternoon if the car was ready I was told of course why I didn’t come! Because no one said it was ready .. I went in and the car was still on the jack! Was it ready now or not ?? The next day I threw in a check engine error regarding emissions! I took it back by the time they told me that it had nothing to do with the previous day's repair, I needed to update the software on the car, which would cost me 24,000 HUF !!! I ask if you were under warranty and have new software added (obviously because you had problems with the old one) then why wasn't it automatically uploaded ??? Or even if they haven’t uploaded, in retrospect, how do they think they’re asking for money for that ??? Plus, without the need for any parts, just plug in a machine for 10 minutes, for which they pay 1 hour !!! It’s pathetic of all, absolutely 0 customer service, I’ll never go to you again, that’s for sure.

Actually, even 1 star I feel like a lot. I bought a used Citroen C4 Picas in September, unfortunately I noticed smoking on the way home and I called their branded service, thinking that being a branded service would solve the problem. I left the car there too, the problem was written on a service sheet: it smokes with a warm engine. Then in the afternoon they called with great expertise that there was little oil in it and the filters needed to be replaced and let’s do an oil change. I also found it interesting to change oil for bluish smoking, but as a musician I thought about what I was talking about. Periodic service, change of filters, oil change for almost 130,000 forints. Good sure good will be thought, but already at home smoked the car again. I stopped angrily visiting this wonderful brand service again. I went to another mechanic who determined that the car needed a complete engine overhaul. A teacher's salary is a paltry 730,000 forints, and the amount close to 130,000 for your great expertise is just around the air ..... You can say it is outrageous. An official dealership was unable to establish an engine failure enough for an amateur. Far away from them all, max oil change are good, gold price 😉.
