I would have ordered a pizza and a salad on the website at 8:29 pm on Sunday night. According to the indicated opening hours, it is possible to place an order on Sundays from 10 am to 9 pm. After I placed the order, even though I was waiting for the order to be confirmed, only "The order is waiting to be received" appeared, and it remained so for hours. It's true they say, "If they don't pick it up in 10 minutes, you can cancel your order or notify the restaurant by phone." If I picked up the phone .... And the problem with the web interface is that the order cannot be canceled, or if they are unable to fulfill the order, I could at least notify the customer here in a few words so as not to wait unnecessarily, or possibly indicate that we can no longer take more orders. Unfortunately, this is no longer the first time I have done this with a web order, regardless of the time of day, not just in the evening. If this is the only way this system works, it doesn't make much sense. I think a lot of their customers think that such an attitude fits ... Anyway, if you manage to order food from them, they’re fine.
