Boxing and Thai boxing workouts. Very professional and experienced coaches. Good on the team, don’t beat bucira, if you’re a beginner, if you’re experienced you have enough challenges. The toilet and dressing room are clean. There is air conditioning, but you don't freeze. You can develop well and there are also opportunities for competitions.
