In short: thank you :-) They were diagnosed with intervertebral disc hernia. Before I started the evminov gym, I had pains in my legs, and 10 hours of daily anvil work had a lot of suffering. Thanks to Panka's expertise and attention, my pain began to subside, and by now it was completely gone, and my health had improved a lot.
