I think after waiting for 37 minutes, they washed around with a hypo and opened the window for us in the waiting room where we sat in a winter coat - I could decide to come. I was there 15 minutes before my date, I took part in the protocol / thermometer, sign .... / I waited. Nothing happened other than our freezing mentioned above. The surgery is open for a week, I left at 6.52. Cold, disappointed. I don't even mention that after eight I can't stumble down the street and have to get home, park .... I had a very unpleasant experience.

I left with an absolutely positive experience. I did the laboratory test blood sampling extremely quickly, however, the care was thorough and precise. Correct communication, continuous information by e-mail and telephone.
