Fox Transfer Europe

I don't recommend fox transfer to anyone. If you have the opportunity, look for another transfer service!The service, we ordered in Spain, we paid in advance, we expected it. According to Fox transfer the problem was solely our fault. The driver arrived 1 hour before the confirmed time. As the reception indicated to us that the driver was here, we were at the reception within 10 minutes. By the time we got there the car was gone, so we had to find another option to get to the airport. Of course, we filed a complaint and requested a full or at least partial refund of the amount paid, but the complaint was rejected. The amount has still not been credited, which we don't fully agree with.

I took their service in Dubai, UAE. It was first class. Driver is very helpful, always arrived on time and drove safely. Rate was much better than competitors' price.
