Friendly staff
I love it, we hang out with my dog once a month. Usually we can buy everything at once, but there are really a few things missing from the offer, such as a spray that makes combing easier. The ladies / gentlemen working there are very kind and helpful.
Nice and good place too. Also, inventories have declined over the past 15 years. KLA.
I'm sorry I came with a bad taste now. The saleswoman was not customer-centric very was not handy.
I ordered my package here, I got it though, but the servers are not really nice, it is true that they are still very young and they do not know that kindness and helpfulness are also part of the service job. I hope this simple truth will be revealed to them one day, and then I will return here.
