It was "Volksbank" then it changed and became "Sberbank"! I thought now it might work!!! How ? Same staff / people with new clothes! Need to change the atmosphere / behavior. Customers are not your slaves! Ruling us with our money. Try to learn what "Customer service" mean!!!

It is almost impossible to reach them on the phone. After two days he succeeded. I wanted a time to open a retail account. Miss told me she's in 24 hours, call back and give me a date !! Now comes the joke part .. !!! Figyuzz !! After one and a half weeks my current interest is calling me :))) I lost my word that it was skin on their face after so much time .. !! This is a joke category bank !! Even rougher than its predecessor (volsbank) good luck to them !!
