Staff should improve their behaviour if they want to stay in business. I went to buy bread when the staff was having her lunch at the counter then she got annoyed and she threw the receipt and the bread at me. This behaviour is unacceptable. Never going back there!!

A couple of months ago my boyfriend and I were walking through Budapest streets in the evening and to our disappointment every store was closed after 8. We found this secluded bakery and went inside with no expectations. I have to say compared to most bakeries I have seen in these parts of Europe the quality of the pastries is more than satisfying given the fact that they are so cheap. The girl that worked there was pleasant and spoke excellent English. The pizza was awesome and we will definitely come back next time we are in Budapest :)

WHO CAN DO AVOID THIS PLACE! I tried to pay by card in the store, which is not possible. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash either, the middle-aged lady serving for this taught me in a style I ask myself. I told him I didn’t know the area, but he just ran away from him for timeless responses. If he had a minimal customer focus, he would tell me where to find a vending machine nearby, but so far his capabilities have not been extended. I will never go back to this place in my life again! It’s a typical case of how a person at the counter can break a business in an otherwise good place with his or her behavior. I see someone else has had a problem with him already.

I go around this area every leap year, so my partner and I wandered into this bakery, unknown to us, this morning. We selected two sandwiches and drinks in a total of four minutes, but it seems like it was such an immeasurable amount of time for the expensive salesman that he was already holding his head and loudly goddessing. No one was behind us. He is a short, middle-aged, plus-size, blonde-yellow-haired employee. I see not only was he so kind to us.
