I contacted the restaurant first, then gave up after several unsuccessful calls and knocked on the net waiter, who also shook me off unfortunately. Not long after, I received an SMS (revealed afterwards) from the store manager’s jealous partner so I wouldn’t harass him! I thought it better to clarify the situation, so I told the lady the source of the reason for the call in an SMS! My next call was picked up by the driver! here it turned out to me the source of the problem, THE FISH STILL STILLS FROM ITS HEAD! we can’t expect from a hospitality unit that the manager doesn’t even know! I would list your mistakes ... (you can fix it!) - Articulation (unfortunately you could hardly understand what you said, nothing from your introduction! -Humility. You have to apologize if you make a mistake! - Solvency. Don't expect a solution from me, I'll PAY for a service! (I also suggested to you) -Reliability. When you promise a guest to call you back ... and the GUEST is looking for you, at least pick up the phone. -Don't expect me to go into the restaurant (after I paid for home delivery!) For my order!
