a wanna be good place, open gym. trainers do not take care of clients, everyone does whatever they want. no techniques shown or explained. good equipment for spartan race especially. in a dirt environment.

I went to Trx for a group lesson. The clock was good. However, the women's dressing room and toilet are disgusting.

the dressing room is scandalous. small and narrow. the room is well equipped. everyone is nice.
