Probably for a reason only the cafe is up on google maps :) I would write a review for Alza herself. The new product ordered was visibly broken down, probably a returned product, as the covers were re-glued, the box was thankful inside, and so on. I indicated this upon receipt. They said it couldn't be, I said okay, give me another one. Nor can I indicate such a claim in a complaint. I have signaled to the warehousekeeper that if he sees this in the warehouse, let him already tell his bosses because they are not causing a very good customer experience with him. After saying this, I realized that these repackaged products are not produced in the warehouse, but they put them there :)) I went to the complaint, where a kind, helpful, customer-friendly gentleman said that there is a self-service, I solve it with that. my problem. At this point, we politely said goodbye to each other. It’s an interesting business policy to buy something, Alza can’t meet the terms of the contract, and then I have to sacrifice time and energy to know how many weeks the Károly Róbert körút orchestra will make a decision because of my complaint. We are heading in the very wrong direction in Hungary, unfortunately this is not my first case like this ...
I'm just writing a review so that others don't buy from them, but if I could I would give it 0 stars.2 product 2 warranty problem 2 unresolved. worthy of ridiculous and not even obsolete because I have never encountered one. Once it is certainly not the 21st century. (The emag sends a courier at his own expense for the defective product and returns it repaired). when ordering, of course, the pen was not included in the package (that's why I ordered it) .Answer: the product does not come with a pen.
