I live very close, it's the only pharmacy that I went several times and they always have bad service. The ladies are always rude! I dont know because I dont speak Hungarian or what. I have had twisted my ankle and had a bite in my hand.. went there with my dog, her first day outside, I'm trying my best to do everything. The lady didnt ask me what I need they just kicked me out like a dog just because I was holding my puppy with me. 0 consideration or mindfulness about others, I understand you can bring the dog inside but I was an exception and they attended me really bad. I wont be there never, ever! Unfortunately cant put 0 or minus...

Your pharmacy is in a monopoly position. There are no more pharmacies near our apartment. We have bought with my mother several times already with you. This pharmacy gives me and me a constantly negative experience. Pharmacists serve in a timeless, condescending, educational style. In the current pandemic situation, more tolerance and patience should be shown. A little kinder, more smiles should be provided for this service. From now on, I will try to get our medicines further away from my home, although it would be ideal if we could buy it here.

I really like to go here if I have to. Dear, absolutely helpful pharmacists. High quality of service. For which you don't need a doctor specifically, they will find a solution. The set is also large compared to what one would think. It's a pleasure to come here.

Terrible service, bored head ... Preparing a magistral preparation for 3 days, endlessly instructive style ... Nothing, no shortage ... Vizafogma Apple Pharmacy is the opposite ... Kind, fast, problem solving super ... from now on I'm going there, even further away

This is a pretty bad pharmacy. They make mistakes many times, never apologize, and even educate. They don't like helping or informing. I recommend it only in case of an emergency.
