I studied here (then Sziget utca) more than sixty years ago. During my eight years spent here I felt like in a prison. Physical punishment of the pupils by some of the teachers was a frequent practice. The building is large enough and rather simple inside. I hope the system of education has changed since. Anyway Hungarian literature, Russian language, mathematics, history and biology were taught at a pretty high level. But I do not have desire to visit the place.
