The location of the pick-up point remains a mystery to me. I ordered a shopping trip, I was at the store twice but I couldn’t find the point once.
The pick-up point is a retrofitted door for an emergency exit. It is not possible to stop the car. It is difficult to sign and find the place of collection. The bell is not heard by those working inside. The whole design is awful. The staff is fair but the environment is Balkan.
