The benefit to the business is that it greets the customer courteously and has helpful, up-to-date information staff. Of course, there are only two counters where you can receive the customer, but this is usually enough as they try to help the customer quickly solve their problem. But it happens that you have to wait here as we are used to in many places. So it's good to go out for a coffee or a drink and read if the latest high-end phones aren't engaging.
