It has been a very slow administration for years, a customer call does not work regularly. Their system is always slow, often you can't even send a package. There are also very few clerks behind the established customer desks, and even if they do, they are mostly students. Even during the busiest period, they do not open a counter, and the half-hour waiting time is not uncommon. At a courier, it is not possible to pay by credit card system because they claim to relocate their terminal. Disaster.

Administration is slow, kilometers of lines in front of the building. The service is slow with up to 2 windows running.

I'm only in Hungary for a short time and so far I have received two mails ... once the invoice from Baranya Víz and once a private letter. BOTH TIMES my letters had been opened before I received them! 🤬🤬🤬 THAT'S RUDE!!! This is MY post and is NOT ANYONE's business! It is FORBIDDEN by law to open the post! I WILL REIMBURSE AD ❗❗❗ I tried to call the post office. NONE of the specified Phone numbers are correct! The phone numbers have been wrong for years. This is very, very bad service! 😡😡😡

Cannot dial them because the dialed number cannot be dialed! Someone should change the phone number on the website already so I can't get one to two!
