After 50 minutes I got bored of the wait, I called because of the time. The lady said she would contact someone who would give an appointment. Not that we call you back, nothing. Something very soft music was playing. I'm not saying anything about that. Whoever wants it will think it over. I know it is in many places, but not everywhere.

Always helpful and flexible. I had a lot of business in my country - not just in MKB branches - but I got the most help here. Not only the staff, but the manager is also very helpful.

When I have to calculate and deduce where the bank made a mistake in a simple calculation ... it used to be bad. The competence of the branch manager is questionable. There is a telebank service, but in essence there is no one ahead. The center directs to the account, the account to the center ... but customer time is not precious! I'd love to write that I don't recommend it ... but that's true of every bank. One dog is another dog ... and none will be bacon.

Very good bank, because you almost never have to wait!
