Kisvárdai Passport Office, Government Window

Access is slower than administration. Today I just wanted to submit a piece of paper and I waited more outside than inside. The style of the security guards is outrageous, they look down on the man, there is no helpfulness in them. The clerks are cute, helpful.

Helpfulness is minimal. Non-personal acquaintances are treated more as a problem than as a customer.

Ridiculous.

Today I was disappointed with the government window in Kisvárda, at 14:30 half of the workers are pressing their phones. I couldn’t handle my otherwise 2-minute affair. Anyway ... They're normal anyway 🙄

It's impossible to reach anyone on the phone.
