Unfortunately, I experienced a lot of negatives: -The spa only opens at 10am. I think it’s because of the coronavirus, though shorter opening hours mean more weight. -The spa has few pools by default, but roughly half of them are also closed. The result is even more weight. -The 2 pools that can be visited by children are all scandalously cold. (as a result of the complaints, one of them started to heat up) -The child was sent out of the pool next to my 2 and a half year old son (I was standing next to him) even though there was no supervision by the pool at all. -Instead of supervision, a dose of feces floated in the footbath, which was found by the cleaning staff with the help of a grandmother. Unfortunately, not even the footwashing water was changed.
