National Tax and Customs

I've been trying to call for a week but it's just disconnecting. An attitude on the part of NAV is unqualifiable.

I try to call the "gate" for 1 hour and they don't pick up the phone, they often even disconnect after 41 seconds, why can't the number of extensions be made public to make the administration smoother.

Very poor customer management. They don't really help with anything.

Quick administration, unfortunately there is no free parking, so 3 stars. If you are already required, at least provide free parking

Minimal kindness, respect could be forced to those who work there ... sorry about the exception. I understand that they think they are employees of the almighty NAV, but even then they should not over-measure their own significance.
