We went to the bank about the baby waiting loan and unfortunately we got to clerk Vivien Takács, who made us a GO welfare package, saying this is what we need for the baby waiting loan, even though it shouldn’t have been at all. In addition, he did not inform us that the package comes with 2 credit lines, but it is not mandatory and we did not want to, but now we will have to give up HUF 20,000. The baby waiting, however, did not understand the loan, so he gave a date to a colleague, but he did not say that the given Employer Certificate was not good for him, so we went unnecessarily to the date we received, and his colleague informed me that 2 more papers would be needed. I do not intend to take any further action at this branch, I would rather go to the branch in Cegléd, where they also understand their work.

It might be a bit longer for the opening, but at least the interest rates are good at them. They're dealing with the client, not a bunch of gangs like Otp.
