OTP Bank and ATMs

I don't know what to do in case of doubt where to turn? My family is being built, a family has requested CSOK support and a related loan has been used in the OTP branch in Szolnok. All documents were signed and the land registry entry was made. Disbursement is conditional on the use of our own force for the submission of original invoices, we also fulfilled on August 17, 2020. Nothing has happened since then. The family took care of everything the contractor would have to pay for the work to be done, the family became completely insolvent. The deadline for completion is October 15, 2020. There is a penalty for the contract. An account should be submitted for State aid for savings used as own resources. We are unable to perform because the original invoices were requested. In response, we receive so much from the clerk. IT'S MORE THAN 2 WEEKS OF THIS. One month elapsed between the submission of the disbursement request. If anyone reads my comment and can do so in order to get coverage for the remaining work please do so. THANKS!

Terribly slow administration. It's like waiting at Interspar's checkouts.

Local slaves are very incomprehensible. At first they drew a serial number, but did not know what the slave had to do. The summer trainee helped neters log in for half an hour ... well, I didn't wait. Phone support was also successful in getting the wrong number. After half an hour I had time to write a review :)

I have been a client of Otp Bank for decades, and I am increasingly considering switching from year to year. Inexplicably, administration takes more and more time, and there is a lot of paperwork besides computers. I often wait half an hour, sometimes when buying a simple treasury bill. This is unacceptable, any personal transaction with another bank requires a maximum of 2-5 minutes to wait! The only positive is the kindness and helpfulness of the ladies in the office.
