Slow. Immeasurably slow administration. No wonder it is so devalued.

It took almost 2 hours to cancel an account because: "one of the machines did not work" Afterwards, it turned out that on that machine the given clerk could not close the account anyway (let's say he laughed very well, so at least someone was happy with the situation) so they were redirected to an clerk who ended up with several customers who even an hour later wedged like me. (Of course, the deposits spun at other counters as well. Isn't that the point ?!) I know you can't judge a bank by an account, but in any case, due to the slowness and frivolity of the administration, I don't mind switching at all.

unconscious that the security guard doesn't share a serial number, several people came to me because they opened an account or something .. 20 minutes before closing it says maybe I can still fit .. I say what? a card issue? As far as I know, OTP's official position is that if someone draws a serial number a minute before closing or arrives at the bank, it should also be served. There’s no such thing as someone telling me maybe I can fit in when I came on time to handle a 5-minute case.
