I keep all my accounts here. Customers are nice, only their expertise is pretty weak! So far, I have had problems twice, one of them answered incorrectly, but in the end it turned out they didn't know the other ... This meant a loss of about 200 thousand forints for me, or I would rather write that I lost 200 g of forints! I received the first misinformation in the bank's Törteli branch due to my second loss due to their ignorance and a customer error in the bank's downtown branch! They’re nice to be nice, but expertise is pretty lacking, which also cost me a lot of money! The latter which they did not know was due to the exchange of money and the conversion of money within the bank!
