OTP Bank

I booked an appointment for Monday at 15:00 (11/16/2020). I arrived that day, on the automatic screen of the serial number issuer I pressed the menu item "I have arrived on time" and entered the code I received from the bank in an SMS, thus activating my time. The machine printed my serial number, below that was the time of printing, 14:58. That is, I asked for my serial number 2 minutes earlier than my booked time. I was even glad about the timing !!! Then ... As a window opened, the people in there got their phone numbers in a nice line, just not me. The medicine rolled away with me, when the ones after me were lined up one by one. In anger I left the bank there, I would rather go to another branch here in Szolnok. It wasn't the first time they've been beaten here, but the last time, that's for sure. That's why I'm looking for an opportunity to complain about the otp branch in Széchenyi, Széchenyi, and the people who work there. As a manual factory worker, I can't just go into his retirement way at any time to handle a case e.g. to a bank. That's how many of us think so. Customers deserve more respect and attention !!!

I do not recommend OTP banks to anyone, they can also withdraw them with a simple checking account! Avoid them all in a big arc!
