It seems challenging for some to properly, discreetly, amicably communicate a situation where a guest looking to relax forgets to use the mask. The guest already backing away from the middle of the store to shout at him is a carelessness that no worker can afford. And you can increase your immorality when you push the paid coffee out of the tray in front of me because I dared to ask you (with respect and in the right tone) not to treat your guests like that in the future! He goes on because he then remarks aloud to his colleague, "yeah, I don't care about that"! This last sentence, which was not made for me (but I hear it well), made me fill out the complaint book as well. I hope the little young girl also takes a course where she also learns about etiquette. I do not recommend the place if this is the standard of service, respect for the exception, other employees.
