Not customer friendly at all. They don't feel like being here, they tried to send me to the bank, even though we tried to arrange an insurance case. Unsuccessfully. I'd rather not do a premium calculation with them for other insurance.

My experience is that I don’t really want to settle for damages caused by their client. The case has been going on since July and my car is still not repaired. Customers are good as long as they pay for the insurance, but if the insurer has to settle the damage it doesn’t go that fast anymore. It doesn’t even take up any damage and thus drag on time.

Bad

We visited the office in connection with our K&H KGFB insurance, which has been in existence for several years. We did not go to complain, nor with a complaint, by 2018 we would have stayed with this insurer with only a few questions. In comparison, the old "gentleman" who was "working" on the left at the same time, instead of the information I think was expected, started out in a loud, big-mouthed way. I am aware that this "very sympathetic gentleman" does not represent the insurer himself, but we will still switch to next year even if the insurance is offered for free!
