Euronics Szolnok

I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner from the company. Well it didn't come together .... And it's not my fault .... The product was not available in the Szolnok store. I wrote them an e-mail on this matter, (at 9 pm the day before) they have not answered it yet (now it is 3 pm) .... Then I thought, I would pay here in the store in Szolnok, and then the vacuum cleaner will arrive to me one day .... But this could not have been, as I learned. I tried to reach them by phone, they didn't pick up the phone .... The machine voice says for a long time, (you pay for it ...) if anyone still has a line, they have to tell a central number which store I'm looking for and WHY ??? ?????? Well, I haven't heard anything like this before ..... Malicious sellers, disorganized company .... Useless phone calls have taken me 2 hours ... If I had more time - as I don't have - I would have thrown them at the consumer advocates ..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!!! KOMIOLYTALANOK !!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN EURONICS !!!!! Oh, and that's how the Media Markt came into play .....

It is good to know that in case of cancellation for the product purchased in the store (if you still do not like and take back what we bought, in unopened, faultless condition) the purchase price will not be refunded but we will receive a voucher that can be purchased from us. To this day, I don't know if this is exactly described somewhere in their business rules, but we got this information orally ... So Christmas presents e.g. it is better to order from the webshop!
